Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
Cancellation requests outside of the 14-day period may not be accepted.

Returning your Items
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of that notification..
Return items MUST be:
- Unworn and Unused
- In their original condition
- With all the original tags and packaging intact.
- You can use your own outer packaging if the original mailer bag is damaged. Please ensure your packaging is sufficient to avoid damage in transit.
- Please include a note stating your order number and a list of the items returned (if not all)
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Return Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs on cancellations and exchanges, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We strongly advise using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or prefer to receive store credit please contact us at info@syxthclothing.co.uk
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs on exchanges, the new item will be sent out free of charge, once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Refunds include:
- The price paid for the item(s)
- The cost of standard outbound delivery (if applicable)
Please note:
- Return postage costs are non-refundable
- If you selected express or upgraded delivery, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
All sale items are final and non-returnable, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Multi-Buy Promotion Returns/Refunds
Where items are purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion (for example, 3 T-shirts for £70), the promotional price is conditional on all items in the offer being kept.
If one or more items from a multi-buy promotion are returned for a refund, the promotional pricing will no longer apply to the remaining items that are kept. The remaining items will be recalculated at their standard individual retail price, and the refund amount will reflect the adjusted total.
EXAMPLE:
If you purchase 3 T-shirts for £70 (standard price £32 each) and return 1 T-shirt, the remaining 2 T-shirts will revert to their standard price of £32 each (£64 total). Therefore, the refund amount will be £6 (£70 - £64).
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@syxthclothing.co.uk
In these cases:
- We will offer a refund or replacement
- Return postage costs will be covered or reimbursed
This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Address
Return Instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided through our online returns portal once your cancellation request has been submitted.
Returns sent to our registered office address will not be accepted unless explicitly authorised in writing.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
