Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48hrs for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@syxthclothing.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen from the delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
